Meet Jesska Layne Herfst

Jesska Layne Herfst, MAPC, Founder of the Flourish Model, has dedicated her career to raising the baseline of human potential everywhere she goes. She’s spent the last 15 years working in the unique crossover of marketing, counseling, trauma, and performance work. She specializes in helping groups and individuals overcome barriers, uncover potential, and achieve tangible, real-world results. Through a combination of psychology, neurobiology, and performance, Jesska uses the Flourish Model and the VISUAL ART PROCESS to support clients in achieving the exceptional. She currently accomplishes this through executive coaching, organizational training, and professional group facilitation.

High Performance

Flourish utilizes three levels of Performance coaching and training. Once the Profit Point is defined, we complete an evaluation of the company or individual and allow their unique strengths, issues and needs to guide how and when we incorporate the different levels of Performance. This customized process allows for greater momentum, ease of transition and higher levels of efficiency throughout the coaching journey.

Inner World Development

Barriers to growth and progress arise in every coaching relationship. This is a sign of expansion and forward movement. We address complex barriers, plateaus and other roadblocks with Inner World Development tools. This foundational skill upholds the whole Performance Pyramid and often becomes the secret ingredient to sustained success, rapid growth and life-changing experiences that many clients report.

Groups

These groups act as our bread-and-butter for fast, effective transformation towards Flourishing. This structure facilitates our four areas of connections, creating exponential growth while cultivating a safe environment to practice new skills. Groups & Intensives can be added to the coaching relationship or used as a stand-alone service.
