For the past 18 years, she’s worked at the intersection of psychology, perception, trauma-informed change, and creative performance—helping people uncover what’s really in the way of their leadership, expression, or expansion.
Her signature method blends deep emotional insight, strategic clarity, and a proprietary Visual Art Process to help clients create meaningful, lasting breakthroughs in their lives, business and relationships.

With a triple Master’s in Professional Counseling, Expressive Art Therapy, and Trauma, including two decades of cross-sector experience, Jesska brings rare fluency in both psychological depth and organizational performance. She’s facilitated transformation across industries—from executive teams to creative entrepreneurs—and is known for her ability to solve what others can’t see, using precise, perceptive, and emotionally attuned strategy.

We begin with the end in mind. The Profit Point is the tip of an iceberg; the culmination of all that’s below and unseen. Clients identify the tangible results they need to see and we create a customized path to achieving that through a high-touch, personalized coaching process.

High Performance
Flourish utilizes three levels of Performance coaching and training. Once the Profit Point is defined, we complete an evaluation of the company or individual and allow their unique strengths, issues and needs to guide how and when we incorporate the different levels of Performance. This customized process allows for greater momentum, ease of transition and higher levels of efficiency throughout the coaching journey.

Inner World Development
Barriers to growth and progress arise in every coaching relationship. This is a sign of expansion and forward movement. We address complex barriers, plateaus and other roadblocks with Inner World Development tools. This foundational skill upholds the whole Performance Pyramid and often becomes the secret ingredient to sustained success, rapid growth and life-changing experiences that many clients report.

Groups
These groups act as our bread-and-butter for fast, effective transformation towards Flourishing. This structure facilitates our four areas of connections, creating exponential growth while cultivating a safe environment to practice new skills. Groups & Intensives can be added to the coaching relationship or used as a stand-alone service.
