Jesska Layne Herfst, MAPC is a trauma-informed facilitator, formally trained in expressive art therapy, and a current transformation expert with over 15 years of group leadership. She merges neurobiology, psychology, and deep soul work into immersive containers that support lasting change. This group is her passion project—and your next becoming.
