Meet Jesska.
Jesska has worked with leaders and organizations to improve performance, resolve complex conflicts, and achieve aligned growth for over ten years. With a background in Marketing, Clinical Psychology, and training in neurobiology, Jesska specializes in facilitating customized transformational experiences for clients. Using the Flourish Model and her unique approach to the creative continuum and group work, she incorporates strategic thought and Inner World Development principles to support visionaries through their darkest moments and into new seasons of growth and expansion.
Jesska has obtained a Bachelor's in Marketing, a Master's in Professional Counseling, and a triple specialization in Trauma-Informed Practices and Expressive Art Therapy.
